You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on our site. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
All products sold by The Wander Gene are made-to-order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Product images are for illustration purposes and actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases.
5. ORDER PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT
Orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Production typically begins within 24 hours. Because items are custom-made for you, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started (typically 12 hours after purchase). Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
6. SHIPPING
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about returns, exchanges, and refunds. Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
