Print-on-Demand Products

All products sold by The Wander Gene are made-to-order specifically for you through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because each item is custom-created after you place your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that meet our quality standards.

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at clarkconsulting@yahoo.com. We will require photographic evidence of the issue.

For verified defects or damage, we will:

• Replace the item at no additional cost, or
• Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Wrong Item Shipped

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send you the correct item at no charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins immediately after your order is placed, we can only cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order cannot be cancelled as it has entered production.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
