Processing Time
All products from The Wander Gene are made-to-order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Once your order is placed, production typically begins within 24 hours. Processing and production time is 2-5 business days before your item ships.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after production
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after production (when available)
Please note that processing time is in addition to shipping time. Total delivery time = Processing time (2-5 days) + Shipping time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our site.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress.
Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order, before production begins.
Delivery Issues
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look around your delivery location for safe placement
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- Wait 24-48 hours, as sometimes packages are marked delivered prematurely
If your package is lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, we are not responsible, but please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with our shipping carrier to resolve the issue and will replace your item or issue a refund as appropriate.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.
Customs and Duties
Not applicable for domestic US orders.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
