Print-on-Demand Products

All of our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand (POD) fulfillment. This means each item is custom-printed specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this personalized production process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Sizing, color variations, and garment styles do not fall under defective or damaged items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins immediately after your order is placed, we can only cancel orders within the first few hours. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
